Arrivals and Departures
Arrivals from 16 o'clock, departure till 10 o'clock Differing arrival and departure times possible on agreement.
Cancellation fees
If you have to cancel your reservation and we are not able to rent the room otherwise despite our efforts the followind cancellation fees apply:
- No charge apply up to 21 days before arrival date
- 40% of the appointed price will be charged between 20 and 8 days before arrival date
- 80% of he appointed price will be charged 7 days before arrival date
Conditions of payment
Advance payment by no later than 4 days in advance of arrival, to ensure on-time dispatch by post of your GuestCard (key code).
Arrival cash pay only in exceptional cases and on previous agreement.
In case of delay, booking and reservation are automatically cancelled!
By payment you confirm the number of announced persons. Changes of the number of announced persons must immediately be made known to the landlord.
